Got halfway?Good. That was
still a real try.

You know what you want to do. Doing it is the hard part.

01

You had something useful to add in a meeting, but the conversation moved on before you said it.

02

A short phone call stayed on your to-do list for several days.

03

You wanted to start a conversation, then waited for the other person to begin.

04

You kept thinking about one awkward sentence long after everyone else had forgotten it.

These are ordinary moments. They can still be difficult, and they are things you can practice.

One small step, then the next.

Choose where you want more confidence. Talkitude suggests one clear action, then uses your answer to choose what comes next.

1

Choose what you want to work on

Start with meetings, friendships, phone calls, dating, groups, or another part of social life.

2

Get one clear action to try

Your mission might be to greet a coworker, reply to a message, or ask one question. You can make it easier or harder.

3

Tell the app what happened

Choose completed, got partway, or did not try. Talkitude uses that answer to adjust your next mission.

A simple plan you can use in real life.

See today’s mission, report what happened in a few taps, and look back at what you have tried.
